Shipping:

I offer free worldwide shipping on all orders!

All items are handmade to order, so please expect 15-30 days for your order to be finished and shipped out. All orders are shipped from Denmark using PostNord and should take an estimated 3-10 business days to arrive. Please allow for longer shipping times in some cases, i.e. if the package goes through customs in the destination country.

If you choose free shipping at checkout, there is no tracking provided and the package should arrive in an estimated 3-10 business days. If you opt for tracked shipping, you will be provided with a tracking number via email so you can follow the package along the way.

Returns and refunds:

I do not offer returns or refunds as everything is handmade to order specifically for the individual customer. By purchasing a product you commit to buying, but should something unexpected happen with your order, I will offer returns/refunds on a case-by-case basis.
