“We”, “Us” refers to the company and its owner (Deadblind Jewellery). “You”, “your” refers to the person reading this (the customer). “By shopping with” refers to successfully checking out and placing an order with us. 


By shopping with Deadblind Jewellery you are agreeing to the following:


All items sold are non-refundable. Everything is handmade to order, specifically for the individual customer. By purchasing a product you commit to buying and will only be able to return and exchange the product.


All shipping is done through an independent courier (PostNord). Therefore, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or items during shipping. With free untracked shipping the package is not traceable, and we are not responsible from the moment the package is with the courier. With tracked shipping the package is traceable and insured, and should a situation with a lost or stolen package occur, it will be resolved directly with the client on a case-by-case basis.


If your item does not fit you, but the size is correspondent to what you ordered, we are not responsible and will not accept a return. You are responsible for finding and ordering your correct size. However, we will resize your item for an additional fee.


International orders may be subject to extra taxes, duties, charges etc. when entering the destination country. We are not responsible for – if any – later charges added to your purchase in your country.


All pricing and information on this website is general information. The content of this website may be subject to change at any point without notice. This does not affect any previous orders. All prices include Danish VAT at 25%.


We create high quality products from high quality materials, but please keep in mind that the metals we work with are relatively fragile precious metals and are not indestructible. We are not responsible for any damage caused to the product, after it has been delivered to you.



Please expect delays on all orders since global shipping times are greatly affected by COVID-19.

Due to current circumstances and government regulations, we cannot ship to Australia at this time. Any orders placed from clients located in Australia will be processed and finished as normal, but will be shipped only when shipping to Australia is available again. We do not currently have a time estimate for when shipping opens back up. This message will be displayed as long as shipping to Australia is closed, so please note that if you’re reading this, the above applies.
